Single-tooth winding
Single-tooth winding is a special variant of the needle winding process. Here, single poles or even pole chains are wound with the aim of achieving a higher filling level.
In single-tooth winding, single poles rotate around their own axis while the wire is fed from a needle. The exact positioning of the needle enables the available space to be used optimally.
With pole chains, the process is different. The individual poles contained in the chain are "circled” one after the other by the needle, get wound and connected. Needle and pole chains are moved towards each other and the wire is optimally positioned in order to achieve the maximum filling degree here as well. In addition, these machines from BBS can strip the wire insulation directly during winding.
