BHI has a wide range of Fourslide machines that can produce a wide variety of shaped wire according to your needs. In the same way that springs can be manufactured in various materials.Capabilities

• .010” to .375” wire diameter.
• .004” to .060” strip material thickness. Maximum progression up to 32 inches

Materials

Shaped Wire are manufactured from a wide variety of materials including music wire, hard drawn, oil tempered, galvanized wire, stainless steels, and copper alloys, as well as exotics such as pre-plated materials (gold, silver, tin), inconel, chrome vanadium and many others.

Equipment

Latest generation CNC wire forming equipment as well as fourslide in different capacities and models, for example: S00 to S5F.

State of the art CNC Wireforming in a variety of sizes. BHI has greatly expanded its CNC capability by adding 6 additional ITAYA CNC Wireforming machines, including an MCS-8E with a wire capacity down to 0.008 and an MCS-30E with a wire capacity up to 0.125.
