Horizontal Machining Center HS-540i GTS

Horizontal Machining Center HS-540i GTS is fully expandable in the field from 2 APC (500 mm or 400 mm) to 6 APC and the standard 80 ATC to 120 or 220 ATC. This machining center features a powerful 50 HP Spindle, 40 or 50 BBT ~ Big Plus Taper, rapid traverse rates of 3,000 IPM, 1.25G accel/dec rates and cutting feed rates of 1,594 IPM.

The new HS-540iGTS and HS-540K are the newest of eight models of the AVEREX series with the HS-540iGTS being expandable and the HS-540K being more economical. The HS450i Model can come as a standard two pallet machine with the 80 tool ATC ~ field expandable to either a 120 or 220 tool ATC and a six pallet system ~ all done in the field within two days.
