The compact footprint and rugged construction of our KA Notcher is ideal for positioning inline behind your trim saw. We designed and built it for your high-volume production, then optimized it for throughput and flexibility with cutting paths are adjustable to handle various board dimensions.

• Dual heads cut a ½” or 1 ½” radius by 9.00” wide notch at a rate up to 6300 boards per hour
• Simple machine maintenance—material hold downs lift off for ease of cleaning
• Dual side 10” diameter vacuum connection allows for swift evacuation of wood particles
• Programmable on/off control for upstream equipment promotes safe operation
