Augusta Fiberglass engineers and manufactures FRP process equipment and scrubbers in a wide range of shapes, sizes and configurations. While the majority of these vessels are cylindrical, AFC can supply other shapes to meet the exacting demands of our customers.

Augusta Fiberglass fabricates a wide variety of fume scrubbers including packed bed scrubbers, carbon absorbers, spray contact chambers, bio-reactors and other devices used to control, reduce or eliminate undesirable exhaust streams. Scrubbers can be designed for pressure or vacuum and to ASME RTP-1 guidelines.

As a custom fabricator, AFC can manufacture equipment to any specifications quickly and economically. Equipment is built to meet industry standards such as ASTM D3299 for filament wound equipment and ASTM D 4097 for contact molded equipment. As one of a select few ASME RTP-1 certified manufacturers Augusta Fiberglass can supply vessels for pressure conditions from full vacuum to 15 psig when a globally recognized code stamped tank is required.

At AFC, we can fabricate and deliver FRP equipment of any size. AFC routinely shop-fabricates large components in sections sized for shipment to the job site. Our highly qualified field crews are then dispatched and can quickly assemble the components to form the completed structure. Other options include shop-fabricating equipment for transport by barge to water-accessible job sites or transporting one or more of our mobile filament winders to the job site and fabricating the complete structure on site.
