Associated Fastening Products, Inc. provides a full line of cost saving custom cold headed fasteners, including standard and metric types. Production is carried out utilizing a range of precision processes including slotting, shank slotting, thread rolling, trimming, drilling, pinch pointing, bagging, and multiple die work. Fasteners are available in steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, and silicone bronze materials. Customers can choose from premium finishing options including patching, painting, and vinyl dipping. Cold headed parts are possible in lengths up to 10″ or 250mm, and diameters from #00 to 3″ or metric sizes M2 to M28. Production is enhanced with a number of value added ancillary services including plating, heat-treating, plating, powder coating, welding, assembly, kitting, and warehousing.
