The deduction for energy efficiency interventions, equal to 65% of the costs incurred, also applies to the purchase, installation and implementation of multimedia devices for remote control of heating and/or production of hot water and/or air conditioning of the housing units, which ensure efficient operation of the systems.
These devices must comply with the characteristics indicated in Article 88 of the Stability Law, namely:
a) show energy consumption through multimedia channels, by periodically providing data;
b) show the current operating conditions and the regulation temperature of the plants;
c) allow remote switching on, switching off and weekly programming of the systems;

- the control of heat generators
- the cascade of generation modules
- up to 3 independent heating flows (with mixer or variable speed pump)
- the domestic hot water recirculation
- circuit and storage tank loading
- the control of solar thermal
- the system circulation pumps
- interfacing with central calorie counter
