Structural Steel Framing roll forming line
The ASC UK Multi-Plex Structural Steel Framing roll forming line is unique to the industry, having the ability to change profile dimensions in minutes without the requirement for tooling or spacer changes.
Unlike traditional framing machine designed as dedicated to one size, the ASC UK mill allows infinite changes to profile sizes between minimum and maximum. The machine’s ability to run structural heavy duty track and studs as well as conventional sizes minimizes the requirement for trussing base supports.
The machine controls will accept CSV downloads from Tekla, Vertex, and Strucad.
