ASC offers two Purlin Rollforming Lines: The MARK I/II™ and the all-new TKR-X™. 

The MARK I/II™ was designed for Entry to Mid-Volume Producers and features the fastest and easiest manual change over from Cee to Zee profile.

​The all-new TKR-X™ Line was designed for Entry, Mid and High Volume Producers and offers by far the highest Level of Flexibility in the Purlin Market! Customers are able to pick three levels of automation: Auto Assist, Auto Gauge and Full-Auto. The new S-WEB and XL-WEB option for the TKR-X™ are just two of many new exciting features allowing customers to enter new markets.

The patented CZ Purlin Stacker with optional side transfer allows an automatic stacking process with cycle time of only 5-6 seconds. This stacker can be added to the MARK I/II™ and TKR-X™ as well as any other new or existing Purlin Rollforming Line.
