Our newest production area is cable assembly.
We have been manufacturing cables and cable systems according to your parts list and drawing since 2003. Among other things, we use a state-of-the-art, fully automatic processing center for this. Our team of specialists assemble everything from single cores to multi-core cables. From your prototype to mass production, our expertise includes the following types of cables:
Single core productionWith modern processing centers, we manufacture single cores, for example for switch cabinet construction. The functions include the automatic stripping of wire ends, attachment of wire end sleeves and printing of individual wires according to customer requirements.
Manufacture of cable harnessesManufacture of cable harnesses on a dummy board for immediate installation in the control cabinet housing.
Assembly of cables and cable setsIn addition to the simple cabling of various components, we cast and glue cable harnesses with a wide variety of materials such as Wepuran, Delo, DuoPox, silicone and Loctite.
Furthermore, we offer cable sets tailored to the needs of our customers. Kits of cables and components ready to assemble for your application.
