Blower integrated take out

This equipment is used to take out bottles from blow molding machine in an arranged and safe way.
Totally integrated space saving system: it does not take up any extra space outside of the blow molding machine.
Simple and low maintenance.
Servo motorized movements to gain precision and reduce change over times.
Universal bottle gripper, no need for change over parts.
Free access to mold changing and preforms evacuation without removing the take out.
This system avoids making marks and scratches on the bottles and also provides bottles arrangement over conveyor.
It can be complimented with an integrated leak tester, REZ+LS.
