AISI-316 Compact Food Grade Fittings

These compact, stainless steel AISI-316 Food Grade fittings can be used with all ANACONDA SEALTITE® conduit, except for Type CNP, NMUA and NMEF.

The fitting design has round corners and a smooth profile to minimize risk of bacteria deposits and to promote cleaning. The fittings have excellent resistance to corrosion.

• Compliant with National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) requirements for liquid tight flexible conduit fittings for Food Zone Non-Contact and Splash Zone.
• Evaluated and in compliance with the current criteria for Hygienic Equipment Design of the EHEDG (report DTU CHD DR 2017 8037-088-3) locations.
• Special approvals per FDA guideline CFR21: Halogen free, TPE seals are formulated for food and beverage applications.
• Fittings have six parts (counter nut, upper seal, clamping ring, ferrule, body and 304SS locknut) providing for an IP 68 connection on approved conduit.
• Stainless steel AISI-316 fitting, consisting of six parts (counter nut, upper seal, clamping ring, ferrule, body and 304SS locknut)
• Hygienically designed with rounded corners and a smooth contourless profile to minimize the risk of bacteria deposits and to promote easy cleaning
• Evaluated and in compliance with the current criteria for Hygienic Equipment Design of the EHEDG (report .DTU CHD DR 2017 8037-088-3) locations
