American Micro Industries can die cut gaskets for many different applications and industries. We work with various nonmetallic materials and employ processes such as rotary, steel rule and laser die cutting to achieve results based on your project’s specifications. Gaskets fulfill multiple roles, including sealing against leaks or environmental contaminants, or reducing vibration and shock. They range in size, shape and material depending on their application. Some gasket design factors to consider include temperature resistance, chemical resistance, pressure specifications and more. Common materials include synthetic rubbers such as Millathane® 66 and Millathane® HT, NEMA XX phenolics, thermoplastic elastomers such as acetal and more.
