Permanent installation

The fixed instrument monitors the suspension elements 24h / 7 days providing the maintenance technician with constant and remote control.

Straps

The belts can only be inspected through a magneto-inductive check.The coating rubber does not affect the inspection.

Ropes

The covered ropes cannot be visually inspected due to the sheath of polymeric material that covers them.A magnetic inductive control is essential to evaluate the state and type of defect.

Inspection

Our tools allow you to inspect up to 7 ropes at the same time.Knowing exactly on which rope the defect is located and at what distance.Comparing tests made at different times on the same rope.It will also be possible to evaluate the evolution of the defect and how often the test will have to be repeated.
