Robotics and Leak Detection

Following the assembly process of machines, where parts may be added or seals fitted, leak detection is carried out. At ALPHR, we have created a range of machines which integrate robotics into manufacture and test processes.

From common applications, such as transferring parts to a dedicated leak test station on a rotary or palletised machine, to the robot assembling the part and creating a seal using its tooling, robots require fewer operators and allow for more complex tasks to be carried out. As well as this, thanks to the flexibility of the robot, areas that are mechanically difficult for standard tooling to reach are no longer an issue.

Our leak detection robotics using Cartesian, SCARA or six axis robots is a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the employment of operators or traditional transfer systems in manufacturing processes.
