Tubular body made of sendzimir galvanized sheet steel or optionally made of stainless steel "laser butt welded" without disruptive misalignment of the jacket sheet
The butterfly valve seal is airtight in the direction of flow for a pressure or suction side pressure up to 1000 Pa according to DIN EN 1751 class 4 (TÜV-tested) at a maximum air speed of 10 m / s for the ND 80 to 400.
The shaft feedthrough of the butterfly valve bearing is stored in a maintenance-free and airtight screw connection.
Adjustment: The butterfly valves are equipped with self-locking manual adjustment as standard (no tools are required for adjustment and adjustment), but are also suitable for electrical remote adjustment.
Insulation: Butterfly valve with insulation in insulation thicknesses of 25 or 50 mm available for all versions.
Temperature range: The butterfly valves can be used in a temperature range from -15 ° C to +100 ° C.
Installation information : According to DIN EN 12097, access to the line system and the shut-off valve for operation and maintenance must be provided.
Inflow velocity: up to 10 m / s
Sealing system of the plug connection: The plug connection is airtight according to DIN EN 12237 class D.
Robustness: The lip rubber seal is essentially insensitive to damage in the case of slightly sloping and poorly deburred pipes.
Replace : If the lip rubber seal is damaged or lost in any unforeseen circumstance, all you have to do is put on a new loose sealing ring.
Dismantling: Thanks to the sealing concept, the components can be easily separated from each other again.Visual assembly: Since additional sealing means such as adhesive tape can be dispensed with, the sealing concept with lip rubber seal is particularly suitable for visual assembly.
Hygiene: The smooth surface of the laser-welded housing prevents the accumulation of dirt and dust particles.
Resistance: Age- resistant lip rubber seal made of EPDM material, resistant to slightly aggressive vapors and chemicals.
