The Mini-Pinch is a filling machine best suited for filling aqueous solutions, thin and light oils. The Mini-Pinch is a six-head, timed flow volumetric filler that has a fill rate up to six ounces per second. This pinch valve filling machine can be autoclaved, and it’s available in a pneumatic configuration.
Our Mini-Pinch filling machines come complete with adjustable tabletop stand, fill wand, individual flow control adjusters, six stainless steel fill nozzles, silicone and vinyl food grade tubing, pinch valve system, an easy to operate microprocessor, and a pump.
Accutek manufactures a custom Mini-Pinch filler for high VG concentration E-Juice or Fill sizes above 30ml. This Mini-Pinch features larger four port manifold and nozzle upgrade which enables the Mini-Pinch to efficiently fill thicker solutions at a high rate of speed. This custom Mini-Pinch can be purchased at time of sale, and there is also a retrofit kit available for existing fillers. A customized Mini-Pinch is perfect for Chubby Gorilla, larger unicorn, or any larger plastic or glass containers for E-Juice.
