What is AC Energy Metering?

An AC energy meter is a specialized device engineered to collect a variety of AC power or energy data for a single load or an entire system. Generally installed adjacent to an electrical panel or within switchgear, an AC energy meter may continuously gather data to provide detailed insight into consumption patterns, load profiles, and system performance. In addition, some AC energy meters also measure power quality parameters, allowing facilities professionals to stay ahead of harmful PQ issues, protect sensitive equipment, and reduce downtime.

Acuvim II Main Features

DATA LOGGING

Access robust data logging capabilities by pairing the Acuvim II energy & power meters with the AXM-WEB2 module. With 8GB of internal memory, capture an array of metering parameters for future download or analysis.

Key Specifications:

• Generate historical logs for selected parameters
• Equip the AXM-WEB2 module to expand the memory to 8GB with an up to 50ms logging interval
• The real time clock accurately timestamps all logged events
