Rabobank's way of learning is fun and social with gamification

During his presentation, Mario Herger, Gamification Leader and Innovation Expert, Enterprise Gamification, US, will shift the focus from just behavior, to behavior and experience, with the aim to design a journey that evolves, engages the employee, and tries to create a sense of fun.
