It allows the use of standard Windows compatible programs and development tools including Servo Motor Motion Control Systems and Controls and Drive Systems to add and extend the control features for their specific application. A real-time kernel extension assists to achieve the real-time performance and it also allows the processing power to be put to the best use on demand.

All of the AMC range of Motion Control Systems and solutions come standard with AMCore, ANCA Motion’s Open CNC Software platform. All standard M and G code functions are supported by the CNC platform and CNC motion control systems allow customization and extensions to these functions.

LinX Linear Motors

LinX Linear Motors have huge benefits over other traditional motors with ground-breaking technology and design. ANCA Motion’s LinX Linear Motors range uses Lynx Linear Motion Technology and these motors consist of a shaft enclosing magnets and a forcer containing wound copper coils.

Machine manufacturers can reduce maintenance, extend machine life and installation can be simplified with LinX® Linear Motors simple construction, non-critical air gap and no physical contact between shaft and forcer. The symmetric design results in zero attractive forces between the forcer and shaft that significantly minimizes the loading requirement on support bearings. The LinX® Linear Motors range is designed to allow easy replacement of ball screws and pneumatic cylinders in existing machine designs.

We manufacture and supply LinX Linear Motors for axis motion and provide S-Series (High precision motion systems) & E-Series (High efficiency motion systems).

EtherCAT Industrial Remote Control Systems

The AMI5000 EtherCAT® Remote Pendant is integrated with the latest EtherCAT® fieldbus technology, which reduces the overall cable size and weight of the pendant to make it easier to move and operate. In order to withstand in high impact and tough industrial environments, the durable plastic composite body is built, making it ideal for demanding conditions and applications.

To carryout specialized applications using EtherCAT® Industrial Remote Control Systems and Industrial Remote Control & Communication Systems, customers have the option to customize all button graphics and functions.

The AMI5000 EtherCAT® Remote Pendant contains a magnetic cradle that helps to quick access and storage. This is designed to connect to any machine. EtherCAT® Remote Pendant modern control systems features an 18pin circular connector, 100 Mbps, 24VDC and up to a 10m cable and they also come with a dual channel hold-to-run button for enhanced safety. The 16 control buttons and MPG hand wheel allow easy operation with the extra safety feature of a dual channel emergency stop button at the top of the remote pendant.

Multi Axis Servo Drives & Controllers

The EtherCAT®-based AMD5x Series is a multi-axis servo drive/ system that deliver high efficiency and performance motion control for rotary and linear motors. To simplify the installation process, the complexity of multi-axis control implementation will be reduced by the bussed system architecture.

The system simply attaches the required number of drives at various output current ratings to the central Passive Infeed Unit (PIU). The robust AMD5x Passive In-feed Unit generates a shared DC-Link that supplies multiple servo drive control system and communicates across an EtherCAT® fieldbus. High Performance AMD5x Servo Drives & Control Systems provides Servo Drives – Servo Controller Solutions. On the other hand, detailed drive configuration and turning parameters can be customized easily for distinctive applications designed to optimize system performance.

EtherCAT® IO Modules AMI5000

The AMI5000 EtherCAT® I/O Box is appropriate for all kinds of applications as it contains an IP65 rating and up to 2A through each of the 18 outputs. Inbuilt diagnostics help to detect broken cables, short circuits and over current’s quickly with onboard diagnostic functions and features.

A solid-state output enables the unit to reach very fast switching speeds and independent 24V inputs for output groups allows for external control.
