With the highly growing economy, Vietnam's military expenditure is around 2.5% of its 2010 GDP, equivalent to US$2.48 billion. The project is to build up an IP-based network system for Vietnam People's Army’s truck transportation system in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam.
