Over the years, LED Expo Thailand has built goodwill amongst various stakeholders in the LED lighting and allied industries. The 7th edition of the show is scheduled to beheld from June 27-29, 2019 in Bangkok, and the organisers are leaving no stone unturned to make it better than ever. This year, there will be a special ‘Lighting Demonstration’ zone focused solely on various advanced lighting systems and design solutions. It will be devoted to showcasing the waysfor creatingcomfortingand soothing environment utilising effective lighting as well as develop improved living settings for seniors by harnessing the latest LED technology. The aim is to create conducive living areas with the help of cutting-edge designs and innovation in lighting.

The Zone would bring together exhibitors who would facilitate the demo of quality visual and non-visual effects of light with energy-efficient lighting, scene variations to accommodate face-to-face communication, visual requirements in a meeting room, bedroom and guestroom; and lighting for bathroom and/or vanity using colour perceptions.All of these demonstrations will be practically available at the zone, and the visitors and buyers can take a glimpse at these interesting applications of lighting solutions.

Apart from the Lighting Demonstration Zone, the exhibition will also comprise two other show highlights – LED Technical Conference and BOI Conference (BUILD).The formerwill include a wide range of academic sessions by renowned leaders in the world of lighting while the latter will be a comprehensive conference represented by Industrial Linkage Development Division of Thailand’s Board of Investment (BoI). It will target key buyers mainly in Electrical, Electronics and PCB industries.

There will also be some Highlight Zones at the expo. Smart Lighting & Smart City Zone will be a special pavilion for new technologies that can play part in making smart cities, Made in Thailand will be a dedicated zone for leading Thai LED manufacturers, LED Signage will be a platform for display of innovative and trending LED signage, while the PCB Zonewill feature high performance PCB technology, products and services.

The Expo will act as a platform to create awareness around LED-centric applications that can be put to use in various spheres. It has now been expanded to include solar products, LED signage, LED technology for entertainment, agriculture, etc., thereby creating new possibilities for both exhibitors and visitors.LED Expo Thailand would enable the participants to gain access to ASEAN markets and give them an opportunity to network and partner with LED players in the region.
