Joining forces with Bitdefender aligns with our vision of being a trusted cybersecurity partner for customers worldwide. Together, our broader capabilities will enable us to offer an expanded portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and services, ultimately providing organizations with an even greater level of service, innovation, and value, to meet their evolving needs.

With this acquisition, Horangi Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) capabilities will be incorporated into Bitdefender GravityZone unified risk and security analytics platform, adding critical compliance and governance capabilities to Bitdefender’s leading threat prevention, protection, detection and response capabilities. Additionally, Horangi’s security services offerings including proactive risk assessment, red teaming, and penetration testing services will integrate with and complement Bitdefender Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services.
