The i-DR S320 Compact Smart Dispenser is a flexible platform that can handle wide applications for epoxy and fluid dispensing at minimum cost of ownership. The dispensing head can be configured for Solder Paste, Epoxy Encapsulation, Coating and Under-fill applications.
This compact footprint enables it to fit into limited workspace. The wide working area allows flexibility and freedom to run small to large scale dispensing.
Simple Mode Interface allows quick setup and operation while Advance Mode Interface provides advanced parameters for complicated dispensing. This compact and powerful dispensing platform is suitable for low cost product dispensing and Research & Development purposes.
