Based on the possible use of different tool and process technologies, application-specific optimal solutions for hard fine machining can be implemented.
The counter-supported tool spindle allows the use of dressable and non-dressable grinding worms or profile grinding wheels. By using attachment spindles, profile grinding wheels with a minimum diameter of 25 mm can also be used. The machine is loaded either manually or automatically. The use of a machine-integrated ring loader allows short loading times for bored parts as well as for shaft-shaped workpieces.
