ISG Certified by Blue Prism for Robotic Process Automation

Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, said today it has been named a certified Robotic Process Automation (RPA) business partner of Blue Prism, a leading automation software developer.
ISG is one of only six firms to earn the distinction as part of Blue Prism's new ecosystem certification program designed to ensure quality delivery of transformational deployments for clients.
Interest in leveraging RPA to automate IT and business processes is soaring. The RPA market is expected to grow to more than $5 billion by 2020, from only $180 million in 2013, according to industry estimates.

The certification methodology is based on feedback from Blue Prism's enterprise customers and incorporates quantitative and qualitative criteria, including the number of developers trained in Blue Prism RPA, size and number of successful projects executed and customer satisfaction.
