Schneider Electric finalizes its acquisition of ASCO Power Technologies

Schneider Electric announcestoday that it has finalized the acquisition ofAscoPower Technologies (”ASCO”), a leader in the Automatic  Transfer Switch(“ATS”).The acquisition enhances Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Power Platform in key markets and segments. Asco will form part of the Group’s Low Voltage (Building) business.
