Since 1985 TELDOR conducts its copper drawing and stranding operations in an additional branch located at Kibbutz Geshur, and as of July, 2008, acquired the Telecommunications Division of Synergy Cables, located in Beit She'an.

ETHERNET CABLES

BUS & INDUSTRIAL ETHERNET CABLES

Advantages of Industrial Bus Systems are as follows:

  • Less wiring/cabling, reduced floor space in switchboards, increased transparency, faster troubleshooting, improved availability, greater safety
  • All these benefits lead to relevant cost advantages
  • Differing requirements of the BUS-system, the variety of technical solutions as well as corporate policy lead to a variety of BUS-systems without a single standard
  • Fieldbus is the generic name for all BUS-systems which are used in the control of process machinery on the production floor. These are: Profi Bus /Inter Bus / CAN bus /FF-H1 (Foundation Fieldbus) H1

TELDOR Cables & Systems has a variety of cable designs for each BUS type and for almost any environmental installation scenario. Common to all BUS families are the following options:

Armor options Jacket material options
SBA(Steel Braid Armor) FR-PVC
CSA (Corrugated Steel Armor) FR-LSZH (HFFR)
SWA (Serve Wire Armor) XL-PE
  XL-HFFR
  PUR

Device Net Cables

Device Net is the communication protocol level devices for industrial automation products. A Device Net network is a system link low cost open between industrial devices such as sensors and actuators and higher-level devices, such as programmable logic controllers and computers. Device Net networks use network-independent protocol called Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) to provide control, configuration and data collection capabilities. Additional flexibility is provided through the network capacity to work with devices from multiple vendors - and, unlike other protocols, the user can add tape power at any point (with a maximum current of 8 amps to pair using thick cable)- allowing redundant power supplies.

Device Net Cables design

One Shielded twisted pair 120 Ω impedance, one power feeding shielded twisted pair cabled together with a drain conductor and filler members, overall wrapped with special PET, overall shielded and jacketed with industrial grade compounds.

Inter Bus Cables

Inter bus cables are designed for the requirements of high-speed control. Sensors and actuators with standard equipment on the market of automation connect. The cables offer accurate data transmissions required in demanding manufacturing environments and processes and develop as hybrid cables (data and power), as well as high mechanical tension cables, wide temperature ranges and other features they demand.

Inter Bus Cable Applications

Inter Bus cables connect sensors and actuators with all standard equipment in automation. Our product range meets such special requirements as:

Standard designs for fixed installation or limited bending used in chain applications

  • HFFR (Halogen free & flame retardant)
  • Direct burial
  • Options for Railway Systems
  • Options for Food industry
  • Options for Marine and Submarine

Inter Bus Cables design

Three 100 Ω impedance twisted pairs are cabled together with filler members, overall wrapped with special PET, overall shielded and jacketed with industrial grade compounds.

Profi Bus Cables

Profi Bus is a Bus cable family facilitating interconnections for L2 BUS components.

Profi bus is a communication system standardized open global network, one of the largest installed bases in factory automation. This allows all automation devices, sensors, actuators, PLC, etc. to communicate with each other via a single bus.

Profi Bus cables Applications

Our Profi Bus cables range meets such special requirements as:

  • Standard designs for fixed installation or limited bending
  • For use in chain applications
  • HFFR (Halogen free & flame retardant)
  • Direct burial
  • Options for Railway Systems
  • Options for Food industry
  • Options for Marine and Submarine
  • Highly flexible for automation equipment
  • Quick Strip property for special stripping tool (FC cable)

Profi Bus Cables design

One 150 Ω impedance twisted pair is cabled together with filler members, overall wrapped with special PET, and overall shielded and jacketed with industrial grade compounds.

Foundation Fieldbus

FF-H1 (Foundation Fieldbus- H1)

FF-H1 cables are suitable for long-distance installations for FOUNDATION fieldbus-H1 with additional power supply for devices. The cables are with low voltage drops along the line.

We offer cables for Non-Hazardous applications and for Hazardous applications. Our product range meets such special requirements as:

  • Standard designs for fixed installation or limited bending
  • Direct burial
  • HFFR (Halogen free & flame retardant)
  • Options for Food industry
  • Options for Railway Systems
  • Options for Marine and Submarine
