Working line conceived for profiling and calendaring of backs and equipped with an automatic system for the discharge of machined parts.

Product characteristic:
 

• Storage/ singularizer for metal sheet;
• Profiling and calendaring units, adjustable according to the width of the sheet;
• Motorized arm for hooking and discharging the pieces;
• Work station complete with CE compliant protections.

The flanging machine processes the sides in order to make possible the coupling and the relative mechanical locking between BACK-SIDE, without the welding input (see steps 1-2-3-4 below).
