SF 401 Spindle Moulder

The SF 401 Spindle Milling Machine is equipped with a cast iron trolley. The all in one aggregate of the machine is capable of lifting and tilting in the range of 90 to 60 degrees, which provides a pair of segments (crescent moons). The suction hood can optionally be equipped with an aluminum ruler with lamellas that accurately copy the shape of the tool. The transverse and top spring pressures ensure the perfect handling of the machined material. For the tapping, the machine is equipped with a transverse angular ruler with a pulling and locking of the material. Changing the spindle speed is done by adjusting the multi groove belt on the stepped pulley. Thanks to these parameters, this is a very versatile joinery machine with a wide range of uses. As with OP 201, the rack is equipped with tilting castors. Drive unit with 3 kW engine celolite aggregate
