Pre Assembling and Flaring Machine Unispeed USFL/01 ES

UNISPEED USFL/01 ES is the new machine for DIN2353 cutting rings preassembling and 37° JIC rigid tubes flaring up to 42 mm diameter and 4 mm thickness. These pre-assembly machines allows an automatic identification of the tool into the machine and an automatic pressure setting for DIN2353 cutting rings preassembly and 37° JIC flaring, thus ensuring enhanced performances. This makes the USFL/01 ES particularly suitable for series production.

UNISPEED USFL/01 ES consists of a tool-holder compartment.  It is possible to manually store recipes that are automatically recalled thanks to the automatic identification of the standard tools introduced into the machine.

Flaring tools are supplied according to UNI ISO 8434-2 and DIN 3949 regulations.
