Our MCP2 & MCP4 series worm / wheel gearboxes feature a high-strength plastic output gear wheel for lowest noise or alternatively a bronze gear wheel for more robust applications. Standard ratios available are 12.5:1, 25:1, 30:1, 50:1, 60:1 and 75:1 although others are available on request - subject to quantity. Available in a variety of gear ratios, the powerful MCP4 and the even stronger MCP2 can be provided fitted to a selection of MCP brushed dc motors as well as a number of our stepper motors, brushless dc and AC motors on request. Custom gearbox shafts are also available to suit almost all customer requirements.
