Multilayer printed circuit board

There are several different superstructure for circuit boards. The rigid area of circuit boards is divided into diverse superstructures made of standard FR4 materials with 35µm copper plating and soldering mask paint with assembly pressure, special structures with aluminium layers for better temperature distribution, higher cooper structures up to 105µm, areas drilled using laser, special milled surfaces in Z-axis and diverse designs on the surface (Tin/Silver HAL, lead free, gold etc.)
