Leveler Back-Up Roll & Thrust Blocks

Designed for high load bearing capacity, at Bearing Service Company of Pennsylvania we manufacture leveler back-up roll & thrust assemblies that provide extended service life in a variety of industrial applications. Supported by bearings along the entire length, the bodies feature a crowned outer diameter to reduce edge loading and premature fatigue. We precision-grind the back-up roll unit to facilitate uniform load distribution across the entire length during operation, and they come pre - lubricated for a long operating life. Each unit is also equipped with a 2-piece, non-contact PTFE seal on each end that features a zero-leakage design to prevent the incursion of oil, water, dust and chemicals.
