Fluke Corp. is presenting a technical session at the Rockwell Automation's Automation Fair 2015 Nov. 18-19 at McCormick Place West in Chicago. "An Overview of Asset Management and Predictive Maintenance" will be presented from 1:00-2:00pm on both days of the fair in Room W476 by Tony Shockey, Thermography Services Manager, and Ashish Guttedar, Senior Product Manager for Fluke.

Asset management and predictive maintenance practices have been evolving rapidly in recent years. This technical session will explore the fundamental processes and technologies that underlie both disciplines and how the proliferation of mobile devices and cloud computing are driving improvements.

Tony Shockey is a Level III thermographer certified in compliance per ASNT standards. He came to Fluke from a variety of industries including automotive, water/waste water, oil and gas, and systems integration with a process control and automation background. He has been with Fluke nearly nine years spending time with marketing the process calibration and mechanical vibration (level I) group for four years, two years managing six states in the northwest territory, and for the last two years with the thermography business unit.

Ashish Guttedar has ten years of experience in technology and business management. Prior to his current role, he worked on developing and marketing Internet-of-Things-based asset monitoring and management applications to industrial sub-segments (lighting, automotive) in Europe and China. He holds Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from NIT (Surathkal, India), Master's degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ), and MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

Sessions are first-come, first-served with no registration required. To learn more about Fluke predictive maintenance technologies, visit Fluke at booth 579 at Rockwell Automation Fair or visit www.connect.fluke.us.
