JR Automation Acquires Setpoint Systems and Setpoint, Inc.

JR Automation, a leading provider of intelligent automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions headquartered in Holland, Michigan, announced today that it has acquired Setpoint Systems and Setpoint, Inc. The Setpoint companies are based in Ogden, UT and create automation solutions for the e-commerce, amusement, and other industries.
