SANITARY VALVES AND FITTINGS

Sanitary valves and fittings are available in different types such as ball, butterfly, check, seat valve, diaphragm valve, fitting and actuator valve. The sizes vary from 3/4in to 6in while strainers are available in simplex, duplex, basket, Y and T type. Strainers are available in different sizes varying from 1/2in to 24in.

PIPES AND TUBES

Some varieties of pipe and tube include seamless, EFW, ERW, DSAW and forged, while sizes vary from 1/8in to 64in nominal bore. The wall thickness varies from 1mm to 4in. Made from a range of materials including plant, carbon plant and alloy plant, all our pipes are made to the standards of ASME, ASTM, BS, DIN / WERKSTOFFE.

ASME, ANSI, JIG AND DIN APPROVED VALVES

We manufacture different types of valves including ball valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, gate valves, knife valves and foot valves. The sizes of valves vary from 3/8in to 48in and all valves are made in accordance with ASME, ANSI, JIG and DIN. Safety relief valves comprising pneumatic components are provided as part of a leak-proof system. The commence-to-blow and blow-out points are almost the same in all these valves.

TV FOOT VALVES

The TV foot valves are used in a suction line of the pumping system in a well. The outstanding properties of TV foot valves are the washing lever mechanism to clear the waste easily.

TUF-AIR ACTUATORS

Tuf-Air T-series actuators feature bi-directional pinion travel stops. Side located stops allow a full 5in of valve travel adjustment that ensure a guaranteed range of adjustment between 80º and 100º of actuator travel. These travel stops are designed to absorb the maximum rated torque of the actuator and the maximum impact loads associated with recommended stroke speed.

As part of the standard assembly, adjustment of the clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation limits are accomplished by turning the respective left and right stop adjustment screws to reduce or increase output rotation.
