Valve Solutions

SchuF Fetterolf designs and manufactures a range of industrial valves for the chemical, petrochemical, polymer, mineral processing, oil, gas and offshore industries.

Our product range includes control, isolation, sampling, switching, and safety related industrial valves. They are used to control, divert, isolate, and sample gases, liquids, slurries and powders. We are a specialist for severe or critical service applications such as hydro cracking, gasification, liquefaction, urea production and delayed coking. These applications typically require the valve to handle a combination of high pressure (delta P to 200 bar), high solids content (to 70%), high temperature (to 1150°C) abrasive materials, or corrosive chemicals.

Our valves are available in all pressure classes from ASME 150# to ASME 2500# and up (DIN and JIS equivalents also), and in sizes from 1/2" (DN 10) to 36" (DN 900). We work with most materials including stainless steel, Tungsten Carbide, Ceramics, Hastelloy, Titanium, Zirconium, Duplex, low ferrite 316L, glass and PTFE lining; all of which can be cast, fabricated and machined to your specifications.
