ODE S.r.L - VALVES, SOLENOID VALVES, PUMPS

ODE S.r.L has been founded by Giovannimaria Pensa in 1960 and has since then has been manufacturing and supplying products like valves, solenoid valves and pumps. The company has constantly evolved itself over the years to meet the requirements of rapidly changing market. Thus, from the supplying of precision mechanical parts produced on commission for other companies, it passed through various phases and eventually turned to the production of solenoid valves, coils and pumps. The technical and manufacturing expertise acquired in the previous years proved to be an important element for ODE. The company has now moved the production to new, bigger, and more efficient plant in Colico. Products manufactured by the company are exported to countries in Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, the Far East and Oceania.

Solenoid Valves
ODE has been designing, producing and selling solenoid valves for more than thirty years. Solenoid valves are available in the range of direct acting, with pilot control, combined operation and proportional solenoid valves, which are developed and designed with three dimensional CAD CAM systems. Different sizes of the valves start from 1/8” and go up to 2” both Gas and NPT threads. Solenoid valves are widely used in variety of applications. The most varied use of solenoid valves are in coffee machines, compressors, cooling devices, instance irrigation systems, medical equipment etc. ODE's solenoid valves can be customised according to customer's needs. The company has around 3500 different articles in solenoid valves.

The bodies of solenoid valves are manufactured in brass, bronze, stainless steel or in special alloys. Plastic materials are also used to manufacture solenoid valve bodies. It’s generally the food industry that requires these plastic bodies. Seals of solenoid valves are offered in PTFE, FKM, NBR, and EPDM and also in ruby. A temperature range of -40°C up to 180°C is covered in solenoid valves.

The coils in solenoid valves are available in all the usual voltages of AC and DC and are also available in latching coils. There are versions UL, CE-VDE as well as ATEX approved. Solenoid valves for gas come with CE-DVGW and ATEX approval.

Pumps
The company also manufactures various kinds of pumps. The company has a network of internal salesmen, network agents and external distributors to facilitate its product including the pumps reach clients. Pumps and other products manufactured by ODE are exported to countries of Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, the Far East and Oceania. Through the direct control of distribution networks of pumps and valves, ODE aims to offer a pre- and post-sale service that is up to the brand and meets the expectation of the customers.
