GEMÜ is a leading worldwide industrial and process valve manufacturer, supplying customers in the pharmaceutical, food and biotech industries, the microelectronics segment, and general industrial applications. These include water treatment, the chemicals sector, mining, and plant and machinery construction. PLANT AND PROCESS AUTOMATION

Progressive plant and process automation goes down to the lowest process level, the valves. GEMÜ supplies a large number of products for valve connection, control and regulation for modern plant and process control systems. ASEPTIC VALVES FOR PHARMACEUTICAL, FOOD AND BIOTECH INDUSTRIES

GEMÜ is the leading European manufacturer of aseptic diaphragm valves in stainless plant, DN 4-150. The valves are autoclavable, sterilisable, and designed for minimal deadleg. 2/2 way and multi-port bodies, T-valves, tank valves, and valve configurations are all available. The surface finishes according to customer wishes is down to 0.25µm and electro-polished.

INDUSTRIAL VALVES

MEASUREMENT, CONTROL AND REGULATING SYSTEMS, VALVE INSTRUMENTATION

To integrate the valves in plant-automation GEMÜ offers electro-pneumatic position and process controllers for linear and quarter turn valves, measurement systems for flow, pressure, temperature and level indication, pilot valves, combi switchboxes and electrical position indicators, optical position indicators, manual overrides and stroke limiters as well as products and accessories for field bus systems

AREAS OF USE AND MEDIA FOR GEMÜ VALVES

GEMÜ valves can be used for inert, corrosive liquid and gaseous media and steam such as clean media like high purity water (water for injection, deionised water), highly viscous media such as slurry and foodstuff, contaminated and particulate media, solvents and chemicals, abrasive media and slurries The working temperatures might be up to a maximum of 600°C, the working pressures up to 63bar.
