High Pressure Ball Valve (KHB)

Flutec High Pressure Ball Valve is manufactured with German Technology and compact design from bar stock for High Pressure application up to 1000 bar (15000PSI). Flutec High Pressure Ball Valves are designed for easy in operation even at high pressure of 1000 bar (15000 PSI). For different temperature range; the sealing material is selected depending upon high pressure flow application. In general all Ball Valves are not High Pressure Ball Valves conventionally available in market.

Flow Control/Regulator/Throttle cum Check Valve (DRV)

Flutec High Pressure Flow Control Valves also known as High Pressure Speed Control Valve are designed as per German technology to permit a simple and accurate control of hydraulic fluid, with increasing number of turning of the control knob, starting from the closed position the flow increases evenly. The last turning of Knob of Flow (Speed) Control Valve results in a complete opening of the flow passage. The flow in the reverse direction is free. Flutec High Pressure Flow / Speed Control Valves are provided with coloured scale which permits a good repetition of settings and the coloured triangle allows visible indication of the flow control valve opening. Increase of the coloured triangle equals increased flow through the flow control valve. A setscrew is provided in the side of the knob to lock the flow control valve in set position to comply with safety standards.

Non-Return Valve (NRV)

Flutec High Pressure Non Return Valve (NRV) also known as High Pressure Check Valve is designed as per German Technology for one directional flow regulation. Flutec team has specialized themselves in High Pressure application and so conventionally available non return valve in almost all major store cannot be the substitute of Flutec Non Return Valves (NRV). High Pressure application can be dangerous in case of failure.
