As a market leader for industrial valves EBRO ARMATUREN ranks among the leading manufacturers worldwide. Since its foundation in 1972, the company purposefully and responsibly mastered the tasks set forth it. Constant innovation and updating of technology has resulted in the company manufacturing superior quality shut off valves, control valves and other automation technology products. The company's efforts are visible with EBRO ARMATUREN being represented in the market with more than 700 employees and its head office located in Hagen with branches and production plants in Italy, China and Thailand.
Offices in Europe and overseas guarantee the presence which is necessary to meet their partners` requirements. Both EBRO ARMATUREN and Stafsj Valve AB consolidated into the Brer Group in 2005. The acquisition of the Swedish knife gate valve manufacturer unifies both companies offering first-class solutions with a complete product portfolio of shut-off valves, control valves, knife gate valves and automation technology. EBRO products like shut-off valves, control valves and automation technology are acknowledged in the marketplace for reliability and long-service life. The company staff is well qualified and combines personal responsibility with customer commitment while manufacturing products like shut-off valves, control valves and automation technology.
The quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9000. This is why the EBRO products like shut-off valves, control valves and automation technology meet highest demands in security and resilience. The requirements of various applications are taken care of by drawing on experience, together with innovatory drive and unparalleled expertise. An impressive range of next-generation products in control valves, shut-off valves and automation technology and other services convinces every customer about its potential
EBRO product range includes resilient-seated shut-off valves with a large variety of basic materials which allow applications in a variety of industries such as civil engineering, food and beverage, power generation industry, water and wastewater technology and shipbuilding.
The company offers a matured range for process and chemical applications: Shut-off valves with PTFE-lining for corrosive media complying with the latest directives of the chemical concerns. The fluorocarbon rubber is 3mm in thickness and the sealing surface of the liner and the disc itself is spherically shaped for safe 360 tightness in the passage area. This design in shut-off valves ensures a minimum wear and ensures long service life. The thickness of the liner offers an optimum safety against diffusion and permeation. The shut-off valves series T 200 are equipped with a tripe shaft bearing and a gastight primary sealing by means of a Belleville spring washer assembly and two additional secondary sealing with an O-Ring for a maximum safety.
The resilient seated shut-off valves series Z 600 is suitable for semi-corrosive media. The liner is equipped with a circular bar for an accurate fit within the body thus preventing "working" of the liner in operation. Vulcanised-in O-Rings at the shaft locations serve as secondary sealing and provide additional safety against leakage to the exterior (sizes DN 250 and larger have an integral vulcanized-in steel ring.
Butterfly valves series HP are designed in double-eccentric construction. They offer reliable sealing even with extreme temperature (-40C - + 450C) and pressure loads (max. 40 bar). Both a wafer, lug or double flanged body are available with following seal variants: soft-sealing: R-PTFE for temperatures up to 230 C and metallic sealing (Inconel) up to 450C.
Control valves belong to fittings and are used to control media. For control valves applications are often equipped with an electric or pneumatic actuator to facilitate their task. Remote control via various electric options is available. Design as described before.
Pneumatic Actuators Series EB: Double and single acting
The double-acting version of this series is available in 9 sizes, constructed to the scotch-yoke principle. The torque range covers 27-4001 Nm (air supply 6 bars). The single-acting version covers a torque range of 35-1368 Nm (air supply 6 bars).
Advantages:
High opening and closing torques caused by the Scotch yoke principle. Very good sliding characteristics by multiple piston guide. Operational safety and long service life caused by the exact machining of actuator cylinder are ensured with EBRO automation technology.
Electric Actuators Series E 65 - E 210
Features:
This series is designed with a robust, completely ball beared worm gear and safe arresting by self-inhibition. Changeable clutch nuts enable mounting on different shaft ends. The actuator is equipped with a mechanical position indicator and an emergency hand wheel. Surely AC and three phase current supply variants are available. Operating time is 6 or 12 seconds. Protection class is of IP 67.
