Hydraulic Test Equipment

Webtec have specialised in hydraulic flow measurement for many years, designing, manufacturing and calibrating flow meters that use three core technologies: turbine, variable orifice and gear. In addition Webtec focus on combining excellent product quality, both in terms of accuracy and reliability, with ruggedness suitable for field use on mobile and industrial machinery. Portable Hydraulic Testers

The Webster DHM 3 Series Digital Hydraulic Multimeter is a fully digital tester designed to test the performance of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and hydrostatic transmissions. The easy-to-use design of such portable hydraulic testers allow the operator to just switch on and test, without complex setup or special training.

The DHM measures flow, pressure and temperature. In addition, the DHM holds the peak pressure value as well as calculating hydraulic power and volumetric efficiency using the unique P-Q test button.

The DHM is the ideal tool for pinpointing hydraulic system faults, reducing downtime, and helping in preventative maintenance. The design builds on the very successful Webster DHT range of portable hydraulic testers with the addition of a large digital display and a built-in pressure transducer.

The turbine flow meter with built-in loading valve is bi-directional and specifically designed to enable the operator to simulate the maximum working pressure safely during normal machine operation.

All Webster testers have safety discs built-in to protect the operator and the tester in the event of excessive pressure, allowing oil to bypass the loading valve INTERNALLY with no spillage of oil from the hydraulic circuit, eliminating any danger to the operator or environmental hazards.

Reversible Flow Indicator Kit

The RFIK mechanical hydraulic flow meter provides the ideal solution for servicing and commissioning hydraulic circuits on agricultural and other mobile machinery. The kit comprises of a flow indicator with built in thermometer, a loading valve and a pressure gauge all built into a strong steel case with a removable lid. The unit is self contained and requires no electrical power. The dials provided in this hydraulic flow meter are clear and easy to read.

Installation is extremely simple and the test kit can be connected into either the pressure or return lines. The loading valve and pressure gauge allow a progressive build up of system pressure in complete safety.

The RFIK hydraulic flow meter provides the service engineer with quick, accurate and simple performance testing of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and complete hydraulic circuits.

Hydraulic components

2FV2V Series, variable priority flow dividers

Priority Type Flow Dividers split a single input flow into a 'Priority' (regulated) flow and a 'By-Pass' (excess) flow which can be returned directly to the oil reservoir or used to power a second system. In many instances this dispenses with the need for another pump to operate a second system.
