AST - Accurate Sensors Technologies

AST - Accurate Sensors Technologies along with 3T - True Temperature Technologies established in 1994 focusing on the development and commercialization of non-contact temperature measurement technologies. With its special know how AST & 3T has brought to the market a line of pyrometers suitable for high accurate temperature measurement in Aluminum and other non ferrous Industry. AST/3T Multi wavelength special pyrometers are pioneers in world market for Aluminum Industry. Considering the demand from other industries, ASTs highly experienced specialist team, developed not only special pyrometers but also the general high accurate pyrometer for other industries. Today AST offer Single color, two color (Ratio) \Multi color pyrometers, pyrometers with fiber optic cable, Pyrometers with extended sensor head for almost all application. AST pyrometers are available with NABL accredited traceable calibration certificate.

Infrared thermometers

A Pyrometer is a non-contact instrument that detects an object's surface temperature by measuring the temperature of the electromagnetic radiation emitted from the object. Pyrometers are most common non contact temperature instruments, used in the various industrial applications as it is easy to use and operate. Accurate sensors technology provides several types of infrared pyrometers. The wide range of infrared pyrometer includes Single color pyrometers, Two color pyrometers, Multi color pyrometers, Fibre optic pyrometers etc.

Special pyrometer for Aluminum industry

Accurate sensors technology designed special Multi color pyrometer for Aluminum industry for Billet, Press exit, Die temperature, Cooling bed, Molten aluminum etc. These pyrometers are simple to use - no calibrations required. High accuracy - (1%) in real site conditions. These special pyrometers are capable of measuring targets with variable emissivity, measures through smoke, dust, and water vapor etc. Various Temperature ranges above 100 Deg.C is available.

For Glass industry

Accurate sensors technology has Special high temperature Fibre optic pyrometer AST 450 G-2 for temperature measurement in Furnace Crown
Furnace sidewall, fore hearth, Feeder and Working end in Glass industry. This model works at high ambient temperature (up to 250 Deg.C) without any cooling.

Black Bodies

To calibrate infrared pyrometers and thermal imaging systems accurately, it is necessary to have a source of IR radiance that is controlled and predictable. Black Body calibration sources provide a target of known emissivity, temperature and aperture size. These blackbodies can also provide calibration traceability to certified laboratories and national stand. Accurate sensors technology provides wide range of black bodies includes CALSys 500, CALSys 1200, CALSys 1500, CALSys 1700 covering a temperature range from 50……..1700 Deg.C

Thermal imagers

AST ThermEye 160 and AST ThermEye 160H specially designed to provide high performance and low maintenance in demanding industrial environments. This camera is developed for predictive and preventive maintenance. This model gives high resolution crispy thermal image. The analysis and report making software supplied along with camera is very user friendly.

Portable Pyrometers

Accurate sensors technology has a special series of portable pyrometers. These portables have special features:

  • Large LCD display with power backlight.
  • Mini thermocouple socket up to 1400 °C
  • Under memory mode, record & display the specific temperature with emissivity
  • Laser and backlight on/off control
  • °C/°F switch mode
  • USB interface
  • Temperature range =60………2400 Deg.C ( in different mode)
