Production Control Systems

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

The FAST/TOOLS package from Yokogawa is a distributed supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system that is powerful, state of the art and flexible. The secret of FAST/TOOLS’ success in these critical applications is its highly reliable design, combined with exceptional performance and on-line configuration capability. That all adds up to support for the highest levels of efficiency and outstanding quality in industrial processes. FAST/TOOLS is scalable from less than a hundred to more than a million I/O points, and supports multiple architectures from single node solutions to multi-node client/server systems.

Data Acquisition, Recorders and Controllers

Yokogawa’s wide range of data acquisition systems, recorders and controllers meet all kind of application requirements. The high quality products have a strong foothold especially in regulated industries like pharmaceutical, aerospace and nuclear power. In these industries accuracy, reliability and data security are important requirements. Most products have or can have an Ethernet interface which makes them easy to integrate in a plant network. Supporting software enables the configuration of the instrument, data analysis and reporting from a PC. Yokogawa offers a full line-up of Field & Analytical Instruments to Measure, Control, and Optimize plant processes. For gas measurement from ppm to % levels, we supply Zirconia and TruePeak Tunable Diode Laser analyzers. For advanced gas analysis, Yokogawa offer Gas Chromatography analyzers with regional support of engineering and laboratory capabilities. For liquid the company offers pH, Conductivity, Dissolved oxygen transmitters including a wide range of sensors and fittings. Yokogawa Field Instruments portfolio includes pressure & temperature transmitters and six flow technologies for gas, liquid, steam:  Coriolis, Magnetic, Ultrasonic, Vortex Flowmeters, Rotameters and Differential pressure or Multivariable transmitter with primary elements.
