The radio remote control systems from Ikusi, I-syon and modular TM70 are designed for remote radio control of machinery used for a variety of industrial applications, e.g. industrial hoisting (overhead cranes, hoists, gantries, etc.) and other applications in fixed installations or self-propelled machines. Handheld pushbuttons types I and II of the TM70 range can also be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres for radio remote control systems of load hoisting and handling processes, both in dust and gas atmospheres, thanks to IKUSI's recently obtained ATEX certification with certification degree Ex ia IIB T4 / EX iaD 21 T135. The only limitation to the certification degree in gas atmospheres regards Acetylene and Hydrogen.

IKUSI ranges and models of radio remote control systems, I-syon and modular TM70 are designed for remote radio control of machinery which find wide application in hoisting for construction, mobile machinery used in construction and civil works (tower cranes, self-deploying cranes, jib cranes, concrete pumps, etc.), rock crushing machinery (grinding and shredding machines, sieving and sifting machines, etc.), hydraulic cranes and other such applications in fixed installations or self-propelled machines.

TM70 RANGE
The TM70 range of remote radio control is an ideal option for both fixed and mobile application. This range of remote radio control has ergonomics, durability and modularity. The combination of the different T70 transmitter models in remote radio controls, according to their associated mechanisms - dual speed buttons, single axis combiners and/or manipulators - together with the R70 receiver's compact, modular design, enable multiple standards and customised products to be created for each application. Depending on the number of switching operations or functions required, the control may be either ON/OFF type (via relays) or proportional analogue (in current - PWM - and/or voltage mode) or a combination of both. The TM70 range of remote radio control is designed to provide data return from the receiver, including modular interfaces for processing analogue and/or digital signals. The receiver also admits different connectivity with the most commonly-used industrial buses, such as CAN bus, Profibus, J1939, IQAN and RS-232 serial connection.

The new I-syon range of remote radio control with handheld pushbuttons is designed for controlling small-sized machinery in both fixed installations and self-propelled systems. Carefully-designed ergonomics, a highly touch-sensitive membrane keypad including single or double touch options and small-sized receivers allow remote radio control I-syon range to be used for a variety of applications.
