CHINO-LAXSONS - HYBRID RECORDERS, PID CONTROLLERS, METERING AND TRACEABILITY EQUIPMENT

Chino-Laxsons (India) Private Limited, a joint venture between Laxsons and the Japan-based Chino Corporation, specializes in instrumentation and control package solutions for various industry verticals such as petrochemicals, refineries, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Chino-Laxsons provides automation solutions and process instruments, including hybrid recorders, controllers, infrared radiation thermometers, moisture meters and traceability equipment.

Chino-Laxsons also offers signal transmitters and isolators, electrical parameter transducers, PC recorders and I/O modules from M-System Co Ltd, Japan.

HYBRID RECORDERS

Having served the industry with the best analog and hybrid recorders for more than two decades, Chino-Laxsons now offers a new range of hybrid recorders. With paperless, video graphic recorders and PC-based paperless recorders gaining more acceptance in the industry, Chino-Laxsons have designed and developed a variety of hybrid recorders to meet industry requirements.

The wide range of hybrid recorders includes the KR 2000 and KR 3000 series paperless recorders with 5.6in and 12.1in TFT colour LCD displays. The fast measuring cycle of 0.1 seconds is available in 6 point, 12 point, up to 48 point. These hybrid recorders are network-compatible graphic recorders with high performance and high operating functions. Data can be stored in the hybrid recorder's internal memory or in a compact flash card up to 2GB.

PID CONTROLLERS

The digital PID controllers feature many functions necessary for various control applications. Chino-Laxsons PID controllers are available in different models:

• LT230 (48mm x 48mm)
• LT350/450 (48mm x 96mm)
• LT370 / 470 (96mm x 96mm)

High-precision PID controllers such as the DZ/DB 1000 series, and digital programmable controllers such as the KP series (96mm x 96mm) and DP series (144mm x 144mm), are available with abundant features and options to suit individual application requirements.

INFRARED RADIATION THERMOMETERS

Chino-Laxsons provides several types of infrared radiation thermometers, traceable to national and international standards. The wide range of infrared radiation thermometers includes the handheld IR-TA, IR-H and IR-AH series. Online infrared radiation thermometers include the IR-CA, IR-B and IR-SA series in single and two colour types.

The IR-FA series infrared radiation thermometers are available in fibre optic type, with a wide temperature measurement range from -40°C to 3,000°C. Appropriate model selection is based on the application.

MOISTURE METERS

Chino-Laxsons offers the IM series moisture meters. The moisture meters are online multi-analyzers, which measure a product's constituent moisture and thickness by infrared absorption technology.

The moisture meters are capable of simultaneously measuring constituents such as moisture, film thickness and coating thickness in real-time.

The data generated by the moisture meters can be stored in the detector's memory for numerous measurement applications, such as measuring moisture of wood chips, thickness of sheets or films, etc. The moisture meters are also ideal for measuring the moisture and oil of potato chips, and measuring the moisture in powders, cleaning solutions, clay, fiber, etc.

TRACEABILITY EQUIPMENT

Chino-Laxsons provides various types of traceability equipment. Its wide range of traceability equipment includes standard infrared radiation thermometers and blackbody-furnace standard sensors.

The company also offers standard sensors, resistance thermometers and standard infrared radiation thermometers.
